The Aya Collective was founded to equip students, young adults, and working professionals with the financial knowledge and confidence they need to thrive. Our approach is practical, interactive, and tailored to meet learners where they are, helping them build skills that last a lifetime.
Who We Serve:
Students (Grades 6–12)
Programs designed to build financial confidence and foundational money skills, helping students develop healthy financial habits and smart decision-making early on.
College Scholars
Focused on equipping college students with practical financial skills to manage money responsibly and prepare for financial independence after graduation.
Working Professionals
Designed to support working professionals with practical financial knowledge and tools to navigate everyday and long-term life decisions.
Community Organizations
We partner with organizations to deliver customized financial literacy initiatives to their target populations, supporting engagement, collaboration, and long-term economic empowerment.

Practical Money Skills for Today’s Workforce
The Financial Literacy for Working Professionals Program is a guided financial education experience designed to support professionals at all stages of their careers.
Our comprehensive 9-module financial literacy series is designed specifically for city and professional employees frontline staff who serve our communities every day.
